Are the wall murals DIY?

Yes. We will print and mail the mural to you with complete installation instructions. The murals are designed for easy installation; however, if you would prefer to have someone else install the mural, there are other options available. If you are in the Greater Metro Atlanta area, please “contact us” and we can install the mural for you. If outside of this area, please check online for local installer networks.

What materials are available for my mural?

We currently offer two different Self-Adhesive (Peel & Stick) products. Standard Self-Adhesive Vinyl as well as a Textured Self-Adhesive Fabric. Both are very user-friendly. Please see our “Materials” page for more details.

Is everything I need to install the mural included?

There are a few minor tools that will be needed to install the mural correctly. We do offer an installation package that can be purchased at a deeply discounted rate with your mural. This package includes a squeegee, knife, and a pencil. The tape measure you used to measure your wall will also be necessary.

How do I prepare my wall?

Preparation of your wall is extremely important. Please refer to the “Preparing Your Wall” section for details.

How do I care for my mural once installed?

The best method of care for your mural is to take a clean sponge and dampen it with warm water. Gently wipe your mural until clean. Do NOT use harsh or chemical ingredients on your mural. If the mural will be in a high-traffic area or around children, we recommend adding the lamination option on the checkout screen. Lamination will enhance the life of the mural as well as making cleaning easier. Lamination is not available on textured self-adhesive vinyl.

Will there be damage to the wall if I remove the mural?

The clean removal of our wall murals is dependent upon correct installation and preparation of the wall. If done properly, removal without damage is possible.

What if I ruin a panel while installing the mural?

Although unlikely, if you damage or ruin a panel during installation please contact us. We are capable of printing individual panels instead of you having to purchase an entirely new mural.

What sizes are available?

Our murals are fully customizable so there is no limit on the size. You can either specify your wall size to ensure the best fit, or you can choose from our list of common sizes. Please keep in mind that you should add a few inches to each measurement to account for any imperfections in the wall.

Can my mural be delivered to a different address than my account?

Yes. Regardless of the address listed in your account, there will be a “ship to” address section for you to complete at checkout. Enter the address you would like the mural shipped to and then complete the order.

How do I know when my mural will arrive?

Depending on the exact shipping location, please allow approximately 5-10 business days to receive your mural. Upon completion of your order you will receive an email from us letting you know that your mural has shipped and is on its way. That email will also contain a tracking number so that you can follow the package until it arrives on your doorstep.

Can I make orders from outside of the United States?

Absolutely! Shipping is available worldwide and prices vary depending on the location. At checkout you will be prompted to enter your address, at which time the shipping prices and options will appear. If special shipping is required, please contact our team at info@walloverhaul.com

What is your return policy?

We inspect all products before packaging them and mailing them to you. If you receive your order and find it is either incorrect or damaged, you may return the product to us for a free replacement.
