MEASURING YOUR WALL
PRO TIP: It is recommended that you always include an extra few inches to your measurements. Approximately 3 inches on each side should suffice. The purpose of this is to eliminate the possible variations in the wall height and width. The excess can simply be trimmed off at the end if not needed.
When measuring the height be sure to exclude any baseboards or molding. The mural will only cover the actual wall surface.
If your wall is an unusual shape, simply measure the widest and tallest points of the wall to ensure complete coverage. The excess can be trimmed away, so again, add a few inches to ensure full coverage.
When you choose your language preference in your account, it will automatically convert inches to centimeters or vice versa, thus eliminating the possibility of a mathematical mistake. Please confirm you are entering the correct unit of measurement before completing your order.

PREPARING YOUR WALL
Proper preparation of your wall is an essential step to ensure the mural will adhere properly. It also makes removal a much cleaner process if that need should arise.
Make sure to remove any existing murals or wall coverings of any sort. Any other defects in the wall should also be repaired, including but not limited to holes, cracks, flaking, etc… Taking necessary precautions, remove any electrical switches or outlet covers. Clean the wall using warm water and a mild detergent if necessary. Paint your wall with any Sherwin Williams (paint/primer) and let it cure completely before attempting to install the mural.
